The West La. Forestry Festival is held annually beginning the first Wednesday in October and features rides and shows by Midwest Rides Carnival Company. Join the fun October 7-11, 2026!
Other events include:
- West La. Forestry Festival Queen Pageant and Junior King/Queen Paqeant,
- 4-H Horse Show and Livestock Show,
- 4-H Woodsman Skills Contest,
- Vernon Parish Senior Citizens Day, and the
- Leesville Lions Club Rodeo.
The festival also offers food from eight, local service organizations, exhibits, and vendors.
