West Louisiana Forestry Festival

The West La. Forestry Festival is held annually beginning the first Wednesday in October and features rides and shows by Midwest Rides Carnival Company.

Other events include:

• West La. Forestry Festival Queen Pageant and Junior King/Queen Paqeant,
• 4-H Horse Show and Livestock Show,
• 4-H Woodsman Skills Contest,
• Vernon Parish Senior Citizens Day, and the
• Leesville Lions Club Rodeo.

The festival also offers food from eight, local service organizations, exhibits, and vendors.
